near the end of this month, supposedly AMD is slashing their prices... right now the same CPU that I picked is 297... hence why I said wait.

If I put the Nvidia GeForce 6200 in my computer but I only have a 200 watt psu and it requires 300 watts will it still work?

It'll work, but will probably cause problems... random errors, rebooting, possible component damage.
