i have new toshiba labtop about a year od i think t might have a intenal wirless card how do i check for that?

slow down when you type.
just check under network adapters in device manager. to get device manager: right click on my computer>properties>hardware>device manager.
if your laptop says "centrino" on it, then it does have wireless

OK it does have it but i installed a belkin. i download the driver for the wireless internal card. now it will not work it say use the other device that i have installed what do i do? sorry about the messy typing i was doing three things at once

if you are trying to use a PCMCIA/USB adapter over the internal wireless just locate the internal adapter in device manager, right click and click disable
