Not good not good

I've got a real old 20mb harddrive, not sure why i kept it. Maybe it has historical value now...

Darn it! I'm on a hard drive kililng spree.....today i just killed another one....ugh

It was a Quantum 3Gb hd (it's my schools hd too....oopsss)...i accidentally dropped it about a foot and i plugged it in...first time bios didn't see it.....so i turned off my compy.....unplugged the IDE cable plugged it back in..turned it on again.....it worked! let windows boot.....if i copied over a bunch of files at a time it would make all these crappy noises and then crash my computer.....so i jsut backuped all my files a few at a time.....now all my important files are backuped and the hd just died after i finished backing them up(good timing, eh?.....or i just have good luck.....or the force is with me).....o welllll....I'm happy though...i just got a new Maximum PC magazine in today... ^^

Just shell out 50 dollars and get a 40gig drive...

If I had $50 dollars I would have bought one for myself a long time ago(Actually I would have saved up for another 20 and got a 80gig)..... ...but the problem is resolved.....no big deal
