Sound recorder

Ok I have a small question.


I was watching tou tube and there was this song that played thru the entire video. It had no lyrics and it was more a "techno" beat.

any way, my question is, is there any way I can record it or somthing and use it on i tunes?

Like what you can do with fraps?
Sorry if im being vague Im just not sure on how to explain it.

I'm pretty sure that Windows Sound Recorder or Audicity will record sounds that are playing on your PC.

When you go to use a sound recorder program (I recommend Audacity) all you have to do is select "Stereo Mixer" from the input list and hit record.

I couldnt Find stero mixer in Audacty.
