Windows Explorer Side bar....

One day when I came on my computer the side bar on my windows explorer was gone... it used to look like This

Keep in mind that that picture ^ isnt my computer

Now Windows explorer looks like This

Without the side bar that says "system tasks" ect...

Any ideas of how to get it back? (I defragged the night before... could that have anything to do with it?)

Also after the degrag my side bar went really small (I like it) it looks like This and its like that on everything (ff, explorer, microsoft word ect..)

Tools -> Folder Options -> Show Common Tasks in folders.
