Serial/COM Ports

I installed a pci serial I/O card with 2 serial ports. All the drivers are installed fine. I have a program the uses those 2 ports. When I reboot the computer and then try to use the program, I receive an error. So I go to COM 1 and switch it to COM 2 and then the program works fine. I have to do this everytime the computer is rebooted. Anyone seen this issue before?

The error message is:

Error: Invalid port number

This always happens, I have an issue, I spend 6 hours on it, then post it, after I post it, 10 minutes later I find the problem. Software conflict. Case closed.
