nltest /dclist lists dead DC??

when i do nltest /dclist:<domainname> i see a DC that has been disconnected and physically not there any more.
i don't see it in AD OU=Domain Controllers but it's till in OU=Computers. but this is not the only ex-DC that are still in AD but yet, this exDC is the only one who still gets listed in nltest /dclist.
i'm not sure if this is casuing any of the errors that we are experiencing.(most of them are caused by DNS issues)
where can i look to fix this??

master is on win2k3,
exchange2k3 on win2k
the rest of them are win2k server sp4

did you dcpromo that DC to take it out as and active directory dc ?

ah i got it.
in AD, someone tried to delete this DC but unable to do so. so they just moved it to OU=domain computer but it was still recognized as a DC. i moved it to domain controller in ADSI edit and deleted it with no problem.
problem solved. =)
