I would only trust or use www.bootdisk.com. Everything else could be crap

Now i'm not sure about this so check it out for yourself but I always thought the files required for booting xp were too large for a floppy.

You could make a win98 bootdisk but you would only be able to access your hdd is it was formatted FAT32 as opposed to NTFS.

there are third party CD boot disks that you could look into, Bart PE springs to mind.

Try to make a boot disk yourself. In my computer, format a blank floppy as ms-dos boot disk.
