Bios updates?

Okay Im running a mach speed board have had it for awhile just wondering if anyone knows where i can get a update for this

Problems & Suggestions
Suggestion System BIOS is more than 2 years old. Update it if necessary.

My problem comes with my card not running right in 8x it does work perfectly in 4x agp, and running my agp off my pci bus works perfectly, I just need to get this bios flashed to the updated one because i was told thats where my problem is, anyone know where i can get V400ADBL A04? Please help! Or someting little more up to date that would work on this motherboard.

Check with your motherboard manufacturer and look for the model of the motherboard.

done that... they want to charge me for the bios, it brings me to that stupid esupport. Which is why im asking if anyone has or knows where i can come across these files
