OK i did that know when i right click on my computer and go into hardware then device manger i have yellow question marks on these device's i tried to fix them but it said cannot install this hardware here are the 5 things

Ethernet controller
multimedia audio controller
pci modem
sm bus controller
video controller vga compatible

the all have the yellow question marks on them

might have to go online and google your drivers for each device
