Compaq Evo Thin Client windows NT problem

I just got a used Compaq Evo Thin Client T20 with Windows NT Embedded 4.0 with service pack 5.0,
and when ever I try to change any settings or access the C:\ drive I get the error message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"
Please somebody help me!
Is there any way to reset everything to new.

Are you the system administrator on the user account you're accessing?

Ask the store/person you got the computer from for a password.

No, I don't have the Administrator password.
How would you even try to log on as an Administrator.
I don't get any logon screen.
