INTEL D865GSA MoBO - Press <F4> to resume

I got a new INTEL D865GSA MoBO and Intel Pentium D 3.0.
512Mb Ram running single channel.

Every thing it working fine, however on boot up, after it flashes the Intel Logo and then the BIOS detects every thing, it's Prompts me to Press <F4> to resume

I have changed BIOS setting
And I have changed Ram modules.

However it still want to prompt me to Press <F4> to resume.
I don't think the motherboard is faulty. Once in pass this Press <F4> to resume, everything works fine.

However I want this Press <F4> to resume to stop at it's annoying me.

hmm try disabling the SMART option in bios.. dunno if it will work, but give it a try... also r u using any graphic card..
