Need alot of help choosing a new vid card

Hey, I'm looking into replacing my video card [as this current one is old and doesn't do very well with new games]

Please help, If someone can reccomend something which is v good for high end games i.e sims 2 + also compatible with my mobo[in my budget] from the 2 categories [ati // nvidia], also if someone can see the 2 cards I've pasted above and see which is better value.

My budget is £0 - £90 around there.
