No Sync / Going to sleep monitor problems..

Ok, turned the PC off, and now the monitor is doing it again!!!
Okay, what were the options again to fix this..?
I took the windows xp cd out.. shall I shove it back in and do it from f2 again?
I don't have a battery on my video card I don't think.. how do I reset it?

on the same link you gave in the first post... Look to the left and you will see the download tab... that shold give you all that you need to reinstall the necessary drivers.
I think I've found the very root of all the trouble..
When attempting to load up Pc Wizard 2006 , it goes through all the 'Scanning for Hard drive' and etc, until it reached 'Searching for Video Card' and my pc just restarted.
By this.. and all the help I've gotten.. I'm 99% sure that the video card is the error.. as I've even tried loading my pc up with a much newer monitor.
Can anyone give an 'educated' confirmation?
