Hey all,

Well I'm planning to go to conroe soon but I have a AGP graphics card and the board has PCI-E

So I am looking for a cheap card that is better then my AGP Nvidia 5600 Ultra

This any good?

Yep pzero gave you the best mid-range video card out there. But if you dont have much money the 6600 is still better than the 5600

Spend around 150 on processor 150 on motherboard and another 150 on graphics card to much :'(

I think you should get a 7600GT, to make your upgrade actually worthwhile.

these are well priced cards around your price range..

those are pounds, not dollars.. i don't have pound key on my keyboard. some of the brands i've chosen i'm not too familiar with since they're not available in canada/USA; but i'm sure they're fine.

the x800gto or the x1600xt seem to be best value for me.. i can't tell you which one is the best though.. they both have their pros and cons i guess..

Now im a bit spoilt for choice what choose I don't like ATI because I've had bad experiences and bit scared of going with Geforce graphics cards that are not Nvidia
