To fully get rid of it, not really fully but better then just unisntalling the drivesr and using a drive remover, Just reformat :classic:

the order inside the subcategories is just random.

as for reformatting, i would only do that if taking off old drivers and putting new drivers doesn't work very well. because formatting can be a pain. so only do it as a last resort. (its not a HUGE deal.. but.. just try to avoid it..)
