Sygate Personall Firewall Blocking FileZilla

I recently reformatted my computer and all of a sudden when I try to access a site using FileZilla, it is unable to connect.

I have set Sygate to allow FileZilla but ti still doesn't connect. It only connects when I set Sygate Firewall to Allow All...

Any ideas on how I can get it to work?
