Until I get better RAM, my best is 2.35GHz on a 3200+ (stock is 2.02GHz).

i win. i had 2.85ghz stable and you have colder weather on average. don't take this seriously but Australia>New Zealand lol

Why don't you just set a divider?
My ram sucks to, it will only go up to 225mhz but I have my cpu set to 275 and the cpu can go to at least 295.

i had a pII that was 233mhz, i too it to 350mhz.

my Geforce6600 stock 300/500 oced to 358/580 i have had it go higher but it artifacted on counter strike source.
