Need some help for a friend

Yeah this guy I met online needs some computer help. Right now he has some Dell, with a 250w PSU and a GeForce Fx5700. He wants to upgrade the video card and PSU, but it's a dell so it's gonna have one of those fooked up connectors.

Is there an adaptor or something, so he can fit an Antec PSU in there?

yep, youll find the adapters in the new cases section.

but really, it depends on how the PSY is installed (clips, screws, etc. Dell is proprietory in how they set up their cases (usually so their easier for the techs to open) so the PSU might be mounted in a non standard way.

EDIT: I found this site, and it says this:
Pentium 4 Dell Models that do not require a power supply adapter:
Dell Dimension 4300, 4400, 4700, 8200, 8300, OptiPlex GX 400

His is a Dimension 8200. Does that mean that he doesn't need an adapter, or that he needs a different one?
