Umm...i don't like AVG at all. Its got the worst interface ever, and the support is horrible. I probably recommended Avast, since it's the best, nuff said.
But for a low-end computer, NOD32 is the best. Costs money though
well if I remember it was AVG that conflicted with it, I find it far too frustrating that I can install a plethora of spyware programs but only 1 or 2 anti virus applications.
kaspersky personal , I run this on a 500mhz computer w 192mb ram and xp pro and it doesnt slow the system down at all and it has really good detection rates too.
I agree, i even have it running on an old school 533Mhz CPUand 256 PC 100MHz Machine and it doesn't stop it works fine and it uodates regularly I think is the best free Antivirus
