It's possible, I've seen it done a few times. Don't expect the Mac OS to be running at full speed on a PC. Emulation will slow it down a lot.

EDIT:
Man, I forgot. There's an x86 release of a certain OSX that will run on certain PC processors. I don't know much about that at the moment though...
 
Okay, so here's the details I found...

You need an INTEL machine for OSX x86 to work, with SSE2 for just the OS to work, and SSE3 for certain programs to work.

You can't install it on a partition. It has to be the only thing on the hard drive.

You also need the ISO of OSX on a thumb drive, and use a Debian Linux LiveCD to install it (won't get into details here, simply because I wouldn't know what I was talking about :p)

Note, that's the HARD way of installing MacOS on a PC, at full speed natively. There's also the way of installing it inside Windows via VMWare, which to me is garbage and useless anyway.
