this is weird, i need help

my pentium 4 506 is at 2.66 stock and i oc'd it to 3.2 by changing the fsb frequency from 133 to 163. but when i want to put the frequency to 170 my cpu clock speed goes down to 2.19ghz. I i'm gonna try to crank up the vcore but thats my other problem i cant find where to turn up my vcore in the bios. i have a ECS p4m800-m7 rev.3.1 i need sum 1 to help me answer those 2 questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
