No, it basicly means what P4 speeds it's supposed to compete with..... The 2800+ vs. 2.8ghz P4, 3200+ vs. 3.2ghz P4, etc.

Once you get below 2.8ghz on the P4's then it's better to go with an Athlon XP:confused:
