Dell Latitude c510/610 - modem problem

My friend has a dell laptop(its an old one) from dell. He cant get online because his modem needs to have driver updated. The Windows XP cd taht he had broke, and when I went to look for the modem driver on Dell's website, they don't have the version he does. His is R65246, they have some others but they dont have this particular one. Is there any way to Get it off another site or anywhere at all?

I have a latitude C610 with a pctel modem, I have those drivers but i don't know if dell labeled that driver the R65246, can you get the brand and model number?
