please help

well wen i press CTRL ALT DELETE it says its 100% cpu usage and my coputer runs sloww... well not that slow but just slow for me i guess..
i have 2.00 ghz
512mb ram
128mb v card 9200SE


i have a torrent running but its only running 5-9 kb's and ive never had this problem before and i scanned my computer for virus+ spyware+ ad ware and i had none... i have no clue why my computer is running so slow can someone please help?

Well, that's your problem, your using 100% cpu usage.
Look at the processes and see what process is using it all up.
