2 raptor drives. Which is better really and why?

actually the 'better' one is 5 dollars more. (it has free shipping)

less reviews though, and all that.
 
If it were me, I'd spend the extra 5 bucks and get the 16mb cache. Even if it doesn't make it faster...you would be cooler. :p
 
Basically the way it was described to me is the buffer/cache of the hard drive is basically it's own RAM. If you know how cache on a processor works, it's basically the same concept. DEFINITALLY worth it. Don't know how much you'll notice on a Raptor, but on a standard 7200RPM drive, it's blazing.
 
Raid 0 basically splits the data up sends half of it to one drive and the other half to the other drive. So when you need to access it, each drive only has to do half the work.
