Which one should I upgrade?

My motherboard is a Biostar 6100-M9 and I have a 7800GT (but am currently in the process of selling it). I have $350 and I was wondering if I should get a new mobo and a cheaper gfx card or get a gfx card for $350.

looking at your motherboard, it doesn;t seem that great. i would go with a new mobo, something nice from DFI, MSI, or Asus

is this a good mobo? because i would like the mobo to stay under $100, if you have a suggestion please suggest it.
im selling because i want to play all of my games at max, and that card isnt doing it.

go with the biostar one you mentioned up there....for under 100$ thats your best bet.

are u sure i heard that msi is a good overclocker, in not really going to overclock but if i were going to in the furture i would want something that would do ok.

well DFI would be the best overclocker, but in your case the biostar is a good solid mobo. MSI doesnt have very good support i have heard
