Connection cutting out lately

hey lately my internet has been running way slower than normal and if i go to play a multi player game like counter-strike: source and try to join a server the ping for the info on the server goes up to like 1230 and then my connection will cut out. any ideas of what could cause this. by the way i am using a wireless card i dont know if the other computers have the same problem but they are slower than normal.

Look for interference sources... what channel are you using for wireless?

Try changing your wireless channel and see if that helps.
