Recommend a HD, CPU, and MB

I need a recommendation of a hard drive, processor, and mother board. I have the following things chosen already:

I have around $350 for a HD, CPU, and MB. I will be using this computer everyday and need at least 80gb of storage. This will not be a hardcore gaming computer. It does, however, need to be faster than my current Dell (P4 2.2 Ghz, 512mb ram, 40gb hd, on board sound, Intel Extreme Graphics). Thanks.

No ram? Then again you can go AM2, but i didnt know if you have DDR ram or DDR2 ram so i just stuck with the regular s939. But if you raed the thread before. Prices will drop soon

If I want to burn a DVD, then don't I need a burning drive and a drive that will read the DVD? Don't I put the DVD in one drive and put a blank DVD disc in the burner drive and just have a disk-to-disk copy?

I wanted to see what MB people would recommend, first. I plan on getting at least 512mb, but I am really considering 1gb.
