I dont know if this PSU is enough for all that: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1273350&CatId=0
Its 550 W.

Please help me and how many watts I would need thanks! ^_^

Look at either a Antec True Power 550, PC and Power cooling 510, or OCZ Mod Stream 520. And its not all about watts;)

i have the same exact question... i'm building for my friend and am not sure if the power supply will be enough....

Antec Soltion Series Black Steel Case with 350w SmartPower

Gigabyte GA-81945P-G socket 775 mobo Link

Diamind X1300 Pci Express 256mb graphics card (recommends a whopping 440 watt psu) Link

Intel Pentium D 930 Presler Processor at 3.0ghz no overclocking

Corsair Valuselect DDR2 Ram at 533mhz (2 512mb sticks dual channel)

A nameless dvd burner he already has

and a mid-range cpu cooler

hopefully the 350w psu is enough, no overclocking is gonna be done in this rig. I have a nice antec 380q in my own system which works fine, but with a radeon 9800 pro, and no dual core... better specs though on everything else
