i got a new F***ing computer.

p4 3.2ghz
512 RAM DDR400
asus mb (cant remember which, dont feel like checking)
120gb hd
nVidia geforce 5700 ultra
sony dvd-rom
sony dvd writer/cdrw
xp home

it came with a keyboard with keys that are shaped ergonomicly, but there not like the ergonomic in that the keys are all still toghether in one square group. you hafta see it to see what i mean.

Probably a Northwood, because they are rather cheap now


Nice system, only weak point is the 5700 Ultra, but a very good system for $1000

Is the mobo i865 or i875??

Yes and they use more voltage Did it have a C after the 3.2ghz, or E??

E means Prescott, EE means Extreme Edition and C means Northwood

from what i've heard, prescotts run way hotter than northwoods

2 things i got prescott runs 3 - 4c higher than the northwood i had second i HATE sony CD-ROMs and CD-RW i had only problems with them if i were you i would run to the shop and change them to LG, Philips, Teac,Plextor but SONY is the last CD drive any kind that i would get.
