I have an xfx geforce 6800 xtreme 256mb and was wondering if this card is better?

GPU: 350 MHz
Mem: 1000mhz

7300LE has 4 pipelines.
Core: 450 MHz
Mem: 400 MHz

what is the difference between 4 and 8 pipelines?

I could probably overclock that card to have 1000MHz or close to it!!!
