k guys thnx fore the help but i got it to work, well not me, my dumb *** friend has a friend in tenth grade that passed the A+ test, yea i know...
so he found that it was a video card driver problem, all i saw he did was disable the driver, and reisntall it alot of times, for some reason, im sure it was harder than that but, aww he OWNZ!
he even fixed the classic style tool bar to xp when there wasnt an option to change it.
