Is there a program that can transfer video signals from a tv tunner over a network?

I have something that comes with my ati theater pro (on the cd), but I've never use it

I tried the mplayer thing... but the windows version doesn't have a "graphical user interface"

and I can't seem to get any of the command lines stuff to work...


that unreal media server looks promising... I'll try it later...
