Friend can put together this system for £400, how will it perform with gaming

I'll put my current Radeon x800xl 256mb AGP card into it because he says the MOBO supports both AGP and PCI-e

Also I'll put in my 2gb of ram 3200


I don't know much about AMDs. Is that a good one? I've seen higher so it's obv not the best of course

But over all, is it a good little system? How long will it last gaming wise over my current system

I told him to see if he can get a high processor because i don't like upgrading processors. I'll keep my current card, and I'll upgrade to a better pci'e one at a later date

£100 does seem a little steep, for that kind of money you could if i COULD make systems i'd do them for free, or maybe for the price of a pack of 6 brews. How close is this friend? i would understand maybe if he was a friend of a friend, or just someone you know.
