Looking for a quite ~450watt PS

IÂ’m building a new PC and looking for a relatively quite power supply around 450 watts, cost around $80, anyone have any suggestions?

In addition, I have a question on power supply ventilation. Some have fans both on the bottom and back. While others just seem to have them on the back. Is the fan on the bottom drawing air in or out? IÂ’d guess it is pulling it in, but being so close to the CPU IÂ’m thinking it would be pulling in relatively warm air.

antec's aren't as reliable as many people think even though its suggested on these forums quite alot. makes me confused. go with a seasonic or enermax
