Ok, so a couple weeks ago, my computer just suddenly shut off. When I go to start it up regularly, it gets to the screen where Windows is loading. Right after that, it goes black, and then my screen goes into sleep mode, and I can't do anything with my computer. Now, I thought it was a virus or somethin, but I can start it up in safe mode. Eventually it'll do the same thing after being on in safe mode. It's done the same in the BIOS as well.
The reason I think it's overheating is because I stuck a fan behind it the other night, and it stayed on for nearly 4 hours. As soon as I moved the fan, it died 5 minutes later. It feels like both of my fans are working on my computer, so I'm not sure why it's doing this. Can anyone help me to fix it??? I really don't want to have to leave a huge box fan behind my computer 24/7.
