Hey.

OK, here's the story. One day I could plug my camera and PSP into my USB ports, and they would work. One day, they did not work, and haven't worked since.

This problem is really starting to piddle me off. I've reset the BIOS and done all that and it wont work....

Is the usb ports you are using on the front of the computer? Try using the ones in the back.

Check the Device Manager for any incorrect drivers installed.
