not enuff ram

I was given an OLD compag presario laptop.I bought a motorola wireless card new. The install disc runs a sys req check and stops me cold.it only has 28megs of ram and needs 32. Its running 98 se and is almost empty

It there anyway around this road block?

Buy more RAM is a start.

(SD ram is cheap on the bay.)

go to local junk yard....find old computer...take all the ram u want :-D

its a laptop. Laptop memory is hard to find/install.

I would run Windows 3.1 on that thing, and use a few games
