well i just realized the 940BF is OEM on newegg and is 2ms... i'm going to go with the 940Be as it's retail

OEM doesn't come in the original box...

although I see they have the BF in Retail now, but it's $264 after rebate... I'm still going to stick with the Be, I don't need 2ms, the Be seems to have a better stand, and I won't have to deal with a rebate...

The first one is not bad. The 19 inch 8ms. The colors are decent on that one. But, the 19 inch 2ms looks like a better deal.
