Would Water Cooling do well In a 4u server chasis?

thinking of moving my water cooling setup out of my thermaltake armor into a 4u server chasis ( consolidating my computers so i have free space in a room for a change)

Does the pump have to be at a signifigantly higher level than the processor block, vga block etc, or will it do fine only a few inches higher elevation?

It doesn't matter what order you have it. The res ideally should be at the highest point, but as long as you fill it up to the top it doesn't matter.

Order doesn't matter as said before. The res can be anywhere, it doesn't have to be at the highest point of the loop. Pump height doesn't matter because it is a closed loop.
