hi,
I just read the post in choosing a power supply but still confuse..
what shoud i look at when purchase a PSU ? weight ? ampere?

what brands do you guys suggest ?? i hope it will not over 50 bucks

thanks

what kind of system are you building? gaming i assume?
what parts do you have/are looking at?

PC Power and Cooling is all I use now. They are the best of the best, but expensive.

the antec TPII-550W is badass (in my sig) imo.... but more than 50 :)

I suggest nothing lower than the PC Power and Cooling Turbo-Cool 510 SLI/Express. It's a little more than $50 but WELL worth it in the long run.

PCP&C (why did I type that out...) is a alot of money and not worth it for a average build. OVerclocking wise, it is one of the best there is.

List your specs, as you may think you need 550, but a 400w will be more than adequete.

The antec that cwiz said i have and its AMAZING

2 x 7800GTx SLI
amd 4000+
2 gigs of ram
asus mobo

tons of fans lol

runs super! thats what i suggest
