Help Needed with computer?

Hello, Ive had my scaleop about 9 months now, ive noticed that its taking longer to start and programmes are starting to hang, ive re-installed windows and have also checked for spyware? has any1 got any ideas?

defragment and go to run and type in MSCONFIG and go to start up tab and uncheck all unwanted programs.

Check for malware and viruses as well.

oh right, scaleo p - is a fujitsu siemens computer, ive cleaned the comp from spyware and also done a virus scan, and also done msconfig. still problems!!!
