Alrighty kids heres the basic info and problem

MOBO: MSI 915P Combo-FR
HDD: Seagate 120gb (read as ST3120026A ATA Device in device Manager)
OS: Windows Vista Beta 2 Build 5384 (It's Legit)
DVD Drive: Sony DRU-710A
CD Drive: Generic CompUSA brand.

My mobo has 3 IDE ports. Here are the results I get whenever I switch up the DVD (slaving the CD Drive) and HDD on different ports.

Take note that whenever my RAID function is off whataver is on IDEs 2 and 3 is not recognized. Another interesting thing to note is that whenever I put something on IDE 2 whether RAID is on or not, doesn't get recognized.

IDE1: HDD
IDE2: Nothing
IDE3: The Drives

Result: Bluescreen with STOP:7B error

IDE1: The drives
IDE2: Nothing
IDE3: HDD

Result: Drive not recognized

I have tried to F6 my RAID drivers during installation. However...when it reads the floppy I get this error:

File textsetup.oem caused an unexpected error (4106) at line 1742 in d:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.

Any suggestions/solutions?

I have heard on many forums that some people have been having problems with RAID and Windows XP Have you tryed installing XP to a Drive that is on an IDE as opposed to a SATA or ATA port?
