how can i find out which version i need to download?

Look in youre bios should say the manufacture and the current version, then goto the manufactures website and download the new bios update if there is. But u shouldent update it unless something is wrong. Dont fix something if its not broken.

Also if your not 100% sure that it's the right BIOS update, then don't do it. If you get it wrong you could end up with all sorts of problems.
