I'm going to have to say no. Mabey older games like UT2004, but not things like FEAR, Doom 3, BF2, the upcoming UT2007 etc...

I will have to agree. Laptops are there for remote use, not for gaming. Your money would best have been invested in a cheap laptop with a Pentium M processor, with intergrated graphics and a gaming PC.

The graphics card. CPU is slightly slower than would be good, but that isn't so important.

The cpu is fine and so is the graphics. You can play all games yes, just not on high settings.

yea...im not looking to max out the settings here.... just looking to run games on medium settings without hiccups......this is possible?

Yea, but you might have to run some on low.

It doesn't work like that. That CPU will kill a 1.6GHz desktop.
