Need some advice

I'm rebuilding my kids computer and right now it's got an Antec 350W PSU... I have 80.00 to work with (to include shipping) here's the specs as of now...

ASUS A8V Deluxe mobo and Athlon 64 3200+ (Thanks Nubius!)
Zalman 7000B ALCU
4x215MB Corsair valueselect PC3200
(as of now) ATI X850XT PE AGP
WD 80GB hhd
DVD-ROM/CD burner/Floppy drive
10/100 nic card

Looking at the PSU Calc I'm cutting it real close... What I need from you is suggestions. I would like at least 22-25A on the 12V side. I've been doing a lot of research, but I can't seem to get anything in my price range... even on ebay... (Shippings a B1@tch, when you live overseas)

If someone had something in my range I would even trade the ANTEC plus some money (and shipping) or just suggestions of PSU would be helpful... Thanks

I use Newegg alot, but depending on the weight (such as a PSU) shipping is expensive... But those do look decent and shippings not that bad.. I'll look into them.. thanks!
