No video or beeps during post.

Alright I got an 800Mhrz Duron for free along with two motherboard
Motherbaord 1:GIGABYTE AG-7IXEH
Motherbaord 2:ASUS A7V133

I have tried:
1. changing PSU's (3 times)
2. different video card (PCI and AGP)
3. Resetting CMOS
4. Different Proc
5. Different RAM (10-15 differnt sticks in different slots)
6. Screaming and pulling my hair

This has all been done ontop of the motherboard case (ie. No grounding problems)

I have also put all of the jumpers to the right settings.
I have already RTFM (please hold back those replys)

So now I'm at a loss-
