OE 6 and mozilla firefox

Im running windows XP home with OE 6 as my email client and Mozilla firefox as my browser.

Now to my question:

Whenever i click on a link sent to me by a friend, instead of opening in a new browser window, the link opens 'My Documents' folder instead. can anyone tell me why its doing this and how to fix it?

nothing, it just opens the folder and doesnt do anything else.

has this done it since you setup outlook?

No, just started recently with no apparent reason (like most computer problems, right?) haha

have you tried it since you did the msconfig thing?
