You could get the DFI Ultra-D lanparty. It not technically an SLI board but it can be modified to accept SLI because it has dual PCIx16 slots.

i've heard you can't do the sli mod on the newer ones

No, you still can. They had their anti-mod device in the whole time. The little dab of epoxy over the contacts was there from the beginning.

because laptops suck for gaming and anything. and yes u can mod it, its just harder to remove the epoxy. you should stick with DFI, asrock and asus arent that great.

SLI is just dumb. definitely get the 3700+, and get ram that will be good for OCing like G.Skill, OCZ, Crucial, or Corsair.

That monitor is ONLY good for gaming. It uses a low quality panel and sucks for pretty much everything else.

I say definatley no to a laptop, because to try to get a laptop like a desktop gaming computer, i would have to pay ALOT more!

2gb Corsair XMS
And maybe a asus or abit sli mobo but i will hold out on doing any sli.

Really? Ive heard nothing but good about the monitor. Except for the base but other than that good stuff.
